Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000

Job Summary:

This role ensures product quality levels are met by overseeing inspection activities and leading process improvement initiatives using quality tools and methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops inspection and test plans based on contractual requirements.
• Coordinates product verification for production and procurement processes.
• Leads process improvement projects.
• Collaborates with Operations/Engineering to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepares reports on departmental activities, quality problems, and cost of quality.
• Participates in organizational planning meetings.
• Understands customer contract requirements and quality expectations.
• Issues corrective actions and verifies their effectiveness.
• Conducts internal audits and supports product assessments.
• Adheres to ethical standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of inspection techniques, GD&T, and drawing interpretation.
• Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines and programming.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to perform under pressure.
• Must be able to walk and navigate steps for program-related activities.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with 7-10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Aerospace background
• Ability to obtain DoD Confidential Clearance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• U.S. Person status required.
