Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (preferably iCIMS)
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder facing ability

Our client is looking for a recruiter to join their staff selection team. The Staff Selection Recruiter/Sourcer plays a significant role in sourcing candidates for our highly specialized, STEM and niche roles. In this role, the recruiter will provide a quality pipeline of candidates to our Staff Selection team. The Recruiter/Sourcer will support Staff Selection Advisors and candidates navigating our sourcing and selection process. Responsibilities include:
- Identify, source, and engage technical/STEM and other high demand specialized talent through innovative and creative sourcing approaches.
- Active utilization of all relevant sourcing and industry sites and networks.
- Develop existing candidate pipelines for specific requisitions and job categories.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews and assess candidate fit for the client and the role profile.
- Identify candidates to place in a specific technical pipeline.
- Determine candidates fit for client’s culture and values.
- Drive interview process while prioritizing candidate experience.
