Swoon is actively seeking a DevOps Manager to join the team!

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert for ongoing custom applications and infrastructure deployed on premise and in cloud environments
• Lead and mentor a team of 10 DevOps engineers including team development and cross training
• Run the incident and problem management process for non-production and manage an L1 and L2 support
• Assist production support and development staff in debugging environment defects
• Create procedural documentation for cloud native applications and oversee development of automation scripts

What’s Required? / Technical Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT/DevOps working in a distributed multi-platform environment and 3+ years of experience in management
• 5+ years of experience in Kubernetes, Kafka, and ServiceNow
• Experience in Ansible and Terraform HIGHLY preferred
• Experienced in Cloud environment – AWS preferred but open to Azure or GCP as well

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Cloud certification a plus
