Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend solutions to meet goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering (experience in plastic paper or related industries is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
