Job Details

Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth and profitability goals.
• Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Identify, analyze, and act on financial risks and opportunities.

Financial Reporting and Compliance

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including GAAP, IFRS, and applicable tax laws.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
• Establish and enforce financial policies, controls, and procedures to maintain fiscal discipline and integrity.

Accounting Operations

• Direct and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Drive process improvements in accounting systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Growth Management

• Optimize working capital and cash flow to sustain operational needs.
• Partner with operations teams to improve cost management and operational efficiency.
• Develop strategies to secure and manage funding for expansion, including debt and equity financing.

Qualifications
Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector strongly preferred.

• Deep understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of managing financial growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in financial management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
