Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Culver City, CA (hybrid)
Duration: 6- month Contract on W2
Job Description:
This position will provide support for 3 non-fiction programming executives at Apple TV+.
The role will work across both non-fiction series and documentary features.
Two of the executives primarily focus on sports, while the third covers a wide range of projects within the non-fiction space.
The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member with a friendly demeanor and determined work ethic.
We need someone exceptionally well-organized and able to effectively multi-task & prioritize, taking initiative and budgeting time for special projects.
Description
• Provide full administrative support to 3 non-fiction programming executives
• Ability to run cross-functional calendars with heavy scheduling, manage and facilitate in person meetings, set up video conference and conference calls, and book executive travel.
• Manage and track submissions and pitch materials
• Quickly develop an understanding of the teams operations, culture, policies and procedures
• Consistent interaction with top Executive Admins and Executives within Apple Inc.
• Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
• Critical thinking needed, able to understand the business and see the “big picture”
• Ability to excel working with complex and different personalities diplomatically
• Experience completing expense reports.
• Proficient in Apple programs, especially iCal, Keynote, Numbers and Pages
• Contribute a fun and creative approach to team activities and morale
Key Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of experience assisting an entertainment executive
• Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment.
• Consistent record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make decisions quickly and under pressure
• Experience calendaring for busy executives
• Demonstrates a proactive ability to anticipate needs and react efficiently and calmly in the face of changes
• Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills knowing when to delegate issues upward
• Resolved, results-oriented and excited to tackle challenges while remaining calm under pressure

• Overall ability to understand and retain new information quickly with a passion for learning new things, continuous improvement and sharing best practices
• Ability to establish and maintain effective business partnerships
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent proven experience
