Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ICAM Engineer to support large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. As a critical member of our team, you will ensure secure and efficient management of user identities, access permissions, and credentials for our clients. In this role, you will help define and implement IAM solutions across diverse environments, including cloud and on-premises, enabling robust security while enhancing productivity.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and support IAM systems to manage user identities and access control.
- Administer directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) and support directory integration.
- Implement, manage, and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies and standards.
- Support the integration and management of Cloud-based IAM solutions in environments such as Azure or AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM solutions meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Implement and maintain PKI and PIV methodologies and standards.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to enhance IAM processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting IAM-related issues and optimize system performance.
- Stay current on IAM and cybersecurity trends, applying best practices to improve the client environment.
Must-Haves:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting ICAM, security operations, security architecture, and threat response.
- Expertise in directory services administration, including Active Directory and LDAP.
- Proficiency with COTS IAM solutions such as Microsoft Identity Manager, SailPoint, Saviynt, or One Identity.
- Solid experience in implementing PKI, PIV standards, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
- Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and understanding of IAM in these platforms.
- PowerShell scripting experience to automate and optimize IAM tasks.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles such as zero trust, entitlement management, and RBAC.
- High School diploma or GED.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Project management experience, particularly in managing complex IT projects.
- Familiarity with consultative project management in the IT domain.
- Experience with JSON and Groovy scripting languages.
- Familiarity with SIEM tools like Splunk or Azure Monitor Log Analytics.
- Experience in delivering enterprise IAM solutions across complex environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
