PitchMeAI is seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to lead the development of innovative AI-powered solutions that revolutionize the hiring process. Based in our vibrant coworking space near Union Square, Manhattan, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define and deliver impactful features.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy : Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and user needs.
• Feature Development : Translate customer insights and market research into detailed product requirements.
• Collaboration : Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
• Stakeholder Management : Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to internal teams and external partners.
• User Research : Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Analytics : Monitor product performance using data and analytics, leveraging insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
• Problem Solving : Address product challenges, balancing competing priorities and managing trade-offs effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience : 3+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS or AI-driven platforms.
• Customer Focus : Deep understanding of user-centered design and experience solving customer pain points.
• Technical Fluency : Ability to collaborate with engineers and understand the technical implications of product decisions.
• Data-Driven Mindset : Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track product performance.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Leadership : Proven ability to drive alignment and momentum across diverse teams.
• Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and handling ambiguity.
