CGS Global is seeking a Construction Scheduler/Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining project schedules in accordance with company standards. Experience in construction plants is preferred. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package.

**Applicants MUST be based in Phoenix, AZ or surrounding area**

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain project schedules to meet project requirements.
• Ensure coordination aligns with company-wide Virtual Factory standards.
• Provide a comprehensive and accurate project schedule to ensure successful project execution.
• Support the Project Controls Manager with resource planning.
• Document business processes for scheduling procedures and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience using Procore P6 Scheduler .
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of Primavera P6 Scheduling Software .
• 2-5 years of experience with Primavera Scheduling Software.
• 2-5 years of construction experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Shift:

• Monday to Friday, 1st shift (40 hours per week, with potential for overtime).
