Team/Job Information:

• The Land Development Manager will work remotely and travel to projects and meetings as needed.
• Reports directly to their SVP of Land Development - East FL.
• This position is focused on their East FL operations across Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Edgewater, and surrounding areas. They have developments ranging from 500 lots to several thousand lots in size.
• This territory will deliver 1000 lots between now and February 2026.

Requirements:

• Prior homebuilder/developer (residential) land development experience.
• Prior experience with projects in the territory - Daytona, Ormond, and surrounding markets.
