About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Environmental Engineer or Geologist holding a Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license to lead and manage projects in water treatment and PFAS remediation. This role involves consulting, designing, and conducting feasibility studies, with a focus on addressing emerging contaminants. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 7 years of experience, a results-driven mindset, and expertise in driving innovation in environmental science and engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage water treatment and PFAS remediation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, prepare detailed designs, and provide consulting services for remediation projects.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex environmental challenges.
- Serve as a technical expert in water treatment technologies and PFAS remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored solutions for diverse clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships, identifying new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive project management for environmental investigations and remediation oversight, with a focus on DoD and municipal projects.
- Oversee fieldwork, data compilation, and reporting for seamless project execution.
- Conduct and manage CERCLA Remedial Investigations and Feasibility Studies, including preparation of UFP-SAPs and associated work plans.
- Execute environmental DoD contracts with a specialization in emerging contaminants, particularly PFAS.
- Work on diverse project sites, including Superfund locations, federal facilities, and commercial/industrial properties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license (required).
- (LEP) or (LSP) preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in water treatment and/or PFAS remediation.
- Demonstrated expertise in consulting, design, and feasibility studies.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, CERCLA processes, and remediation best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
