We are looking for a Senior Test Development Engineer to join our client and lead the charge in designing and implementing hardware and software test solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust and scalable test solutions, balancing quality, cost, and time-to-market.
• Design custom test boards and probe cards at the board level.
• Implement, debug, and optimize test programs for automated testing platforms.
• Ensure test programs are scalable (multi-site), reusable, and accurate (GR&R).
• Transfer NPI (New Product Introduction) test packages to production.
• Collaborate with overseas teams to release test solutions into production.
• Lead yield enhancement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Support various projects as business needs evolve.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in ATE development for mixed-signal ICs.
• Experience with ATE platforms like Teradyne ETS-364, ETS-88, uFLEX, or LTX-Credence ASL1K preferred.
• Proficiency in analog electronics, board-level design, and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with electronics lab instrumentation.
• Solid programming skills in C++ (experience with MATLAB and Python is a plus).
• Strong skills in statistical analysis of test data.
