HireCircle is proud to be partnering with a global technology company seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee domestic and international payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous eye for detail, advanced organizational and analytical skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring compliance and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage semi-monthly payroll for a growing U.S. team.
- Oversee monthly payroll processes for international operations across multiple countries in collaboration with third-party vendors.
- Maintain and process payroll-related employee data
- Prepare and audit reports to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate on finance-related projects and support payroll compliance requirements.
- Handle reconciliation and funding of retirement contributions and other benefits.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in payroll, accounting, or HR.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP; macros a plus).
- Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, or similar platforms).
- Experience managing international payroll processes is preferred.
