Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, specifically focusing on roles within the construction industry. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and you will drive the recruitment efforts to ensure that top talent is brought on board.
Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for construction-related positions
Post job openings, source, and engage candidates using various channels
Screen resumes and conduct interviews
Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to candidates
Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop job descriptions
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates
Maintain and track candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in the construction industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a high volume of recruitment activity
