Opportunity Description

We are partnered with a well-established plastic container manufacturer in Naperville, IL. This mid-size organization is experiencing growth across their network of plants and is in need of a Plant General Manager for a growing factory in Illinois. The organization is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to drive operational efficiency at the factory.

Qualifications

• 10+ Years Operations/Plant leadership in plastics
• Experience in PET/HDPE containers is highly desirable
• Experience driving efficiency across a multi-shift complex operation
• Comfortable leading a plant of 80-100 people
• Hands on approach to leadership
