LEVEL Regional Account Manager Greater Los Angeles CA

As a LEVEL Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategy, increasing product assortment, and developing and maintaining relationships across the Greater Los Angeles Area. LEVEL continues to lead the tablet category in CA and expand nationally and this role presents an opportunity to advance and build alongside a growth oriented organization. What You Will Do:
- Provide support to one of the leading cannabis brands in CA
- Manage and increase sales within the greater LA area
- Analyze product and sales data
- Optimize brand presence and merchandising at retail
- Evaluate market opportunities and partner with new accounts as they open
- Identify current gaps within respective assignment
- Supervise budget and resource allocation
- Attend events and promotional opportunities
- Travel to facilitate demos and education of partners on the LEVEL and Tablet brand portfolio
- Negotiate pricing and terms
- Work alongside LEVEL CA General Manager and distributor to ensure optimal market penetration
- Partner with accounts to align on shared goals
- Provide customer service to accounts by addressing needs, concerns, and suggestions
- Share best practices within the organization and be a team player
This is an outside sales role - expectations are to be in the field four days per week
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in CPG, Cannabis industry experience preferred, but not required
- Experience launching and managing an assignment of 100+ accounts and high-volume sales
- Continued desire to grow and optimize a brand within an established market
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High proficiency using Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of sales performance metrics
- Firm understanding of strategy and tactical planning
- A positive solution oriented attitude
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Engaging and impactful presentation and training skills
- Ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels
- Own results with integrity and a passion for success
- Must display excellent communication skills, interpersonal, written, and verbal
- Must reside in the greater LA area
- Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Must be 21 years or older

Compensation
- Salary $80k - $90k DOE + Bonus / Commission
+ Bonus + Benefits + Mileage
