Our client is looking for an experienced Senior SQA Engineer to join their team immediately to support critical projects aimed at enhancing their core system/software and transitioning to the cloud. These roles are essential for ensuring the quality and reliability of internal systems during a time of significant transformation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough manual testing of core systems and cloud migration processes.
• Develop, write, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases tailored to project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including PM/BA, cloud architects, and application support, to identify issues proactively and drive resolutions.
• Support efforts to optimize system performance, addressing challenges such as slow batch jobs and ensuring efficient automation.
• Contribute to automation testing efforts, leveraging existing tools or creating new scripts to complement manual testing.
• Ensure proactive issue detection and prevention, enabling the system to identify potential problems before impacting end users.
• Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning and stakeholder communication.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with manual software testing, including test case creation and execution.
• Strong preference for candidates with exposure to or experience in automation testing.
• Ability to write detailed test plans, cases, and documentation independently.
• Proven experience with system optimization and cloud migration projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
