Role Title: Oracle HCM Core HR BSA

Role Description:
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Oracle HCM Core HR processes.
- Configure and optimize Oracle HCM Core HR modules to align with business needs.
- Develop and execute SIT and UAT test plans, ensuring system reliability and accuracy.
- Support integrations, data migrations, and issue resolution within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for end-users.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- BIP & OTBI report writing along with flexibility to do other modules work such as ORC
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in implementations with Core HR, with a focus on Oracle HCM solutions.
- Proven experience configuring and optimizing Oracle HCM Core HR modules.
- Hands-on experience with BIP (BI Publisher) and OTBI report writing.
- Expertise in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong understanding of HRIS integrations, data migrations, and issue resolution within complex Oracle HCM footprints.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and end-user training.
- Familiarity with regulatory and organizational compliance standards for HR systems
Preferred:
- Oracle HCM certification.
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or other Oracle HCM modules.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies or Scrum experience.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
