Job Title: RPA Analyst/Developer

Location: Riverwoods, IL (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach/strategy.
• Works on conducting deep dive workshops with process owners to understand and accurately document business process requirements.
• Facilitates meetings with business SMEs and business technology as needed, maintain minutes of the meeting ensuring any action items are documented and appropriately assigned.
• Create detailed flow charts based on requirements for the process current state and the future state.
• Develop Detail as Is Process Description – PDD (Process Description Document), Detail to Be Automated Process Description – SDD (Solution Design Document) and OID (Operational Impact Document).
• Conduct RPA High Level Assessments.
• Develop RPA client architecture and solution proposal focusing on scalability and extensibility.
• Develop high level project plans for implementation projects.
• Provides continuous updates to RPA stakeholders and Project Manager during project delivery.
• Perform testing of automation and work with business partners on testing and validations.
• Work closely with developers throughout the Bot SDLC and process automation.
• RPA and Intelligent Automation Bot development by automating business processes with Intelligent Automation tools, Primarily with SS&C & Blueprism software.
• Work closely with business technology / developers to determine the feasibility of automation.
• Configures, code and develops the workflow based on the detailed business requirements, utilizing Blueprism RPA software. May also use Python, Microsoft tools such as Power Automate and other software to compliment Blueprism.
• Assists with the deployment of the Bot and automated process into production as needed.
• Partner with the business and business technology to develop and execute a test plan.
• Perform concise and detailed end-to-end User Acceptance Testing and postproduction validations and documentation.
• Ensure defects are accurately documented, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Ensures process changes are appropriate, accurate, effective, and documented.
• Conducts deep-dive workshops with process owners to understand and accurately document business process requirements.
• Participate in the requirement gathering and both current and future sae flow requirements.
