Arrow Workforce Solutions is seeking Picker/Packer to join the dynamic team.

Tenure - Full Time

Location - Ellisville, MO

Hours - 6 am to 2:30 pm or 2:30 pm to 11 pm

Pay Rate - $17.14-$18.14/hr

Responsibilities

• Locate and select finished goods to process customer orders.
• Operate warehouse picking equipment. Lift up to 35lbs. Climb ladders. Repetitive motion, standing & stooping.
• Use RF scanners and computers to complete inventory transactions. Receive and put away incoming product.
• Responsible for quality of own work. Perform waste and material management activities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Keep work area clean and orderly. Follow all safety rules and practices.
• Works in a team-based environment to meet Bussmann business objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Previous experience in warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
