Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent employment opportunity for Payor Access Strategy in the Ridgefield, CT area.
  • This is an onsite/hybrid role working 40 hours a week.
  • Development and roll out of value proposition, strategy and integration of pricing and contracting approach across payer channels,
  • Support development of brand plan and execution of integrated customer planning tactics for Market Access objectives.

Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 8-10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 6 years pharmaceutical marketing experience, market access experience or other relevant experience.
  • Previous experience working with National Accounts and Payors.
  • Previous launch and/or pipeline market access strategy experience
  • Strong clinical, health economic or scientific knowledge; Market Access external access and reimbursement landscape knowledge, development and implementation of strategy and resources for National/Payor accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to create and drive strategy; Track record of successfully defining market challenges and opportunities and developing successful marketing campaigns.
