  • Drive the enhancement of non-functional requirements (scalability, maintainability, performance) and foster the use of reusable patterns and libraries to optimize development efficiency.
  • Support operations teams through in-depth root cause analysis and the implementation of preventive measures to ensure system reliability.
  • Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation to ensure system integrity and facilitate cross-team knowledge sharing.
  • Lead by example in coding, code reviews, and technical discussions to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers, instilling best practices in system design, coding standards, and software craftsmanship.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a demonstrated history of delivering impactful, high-quality software solutions.

  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python.
  • In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud computing, and the non-functional aspects of enterprise-level architecture.
  • Expertise in InfoSec and DevSecOps principles within AWS environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience mentoring and leading development teams, ensuring adherence to high standards in system design and code quality.

Added Bonus:

  • AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification.
