Job Description

About CFI:

For more than 85 years, the Centers for Independence (formerly Milwaukee Center for Independence) has strengthened our community by supporting and advocating for people with disabilities and other complex needs so they may overcome challenges and live their best lives. We are a collaborative and community-based health and human services organization and a nationally recognized leader in self-directed long-term care – meeting people where they are so they can maintain control and choice over their care and achieve their fullest level of independence.

CFI offers access to over 800 skilled specialists and more than 30 programs— an unmatched breadth of life-changing support services that impact more than 25,000 of our neighbors in Milwaukee every year. We are known for and have proven success in working with clients with the most challenging and complex disabilities and needs that create barriers to leading healthy and full lives.
