Lease Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lease Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the administrative and operational aspects of lease agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. This role is critical in supporting the leasing process and maintaining positive tenant and landlord relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, prepare, and process lease agreements, amendments, and renewals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease documents in the database.
• Coordinate with tenants and landlords to gather required documentation and approvals.
• Track critical dates such as lease expirations, renewals, and rent escalations, and provide timely reminders.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and property management teams to ensure compliance with lease terms.
• Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues related to lease agreements promptly.
• Generate and analyze lease-related reports to support decision-making.
• Support leasing team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in lease administration, property management, or a related role.
• Commercial Property Management/ Lease Coordination experience
• Strong understanding of lease agreements, terms, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and lease management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
