Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Attorney with a minimum of 10 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law to lead high-stakes cases in our litigation department. This role will require a proactive and independent attorney capable of managing significant cases with minimal supervision and ensuring that they are trial-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex personal injury cases, including trial preparation and strategy development.
• Represent clients in depositions, court appearances, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with junior associates and paralegals to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency, meeting critical deadlines and performance objectives.
• Engage in client interactions to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 10 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law, with a proven track record in managing significant cases.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently handle a caseload of up to 60 cases.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus.

Compensation:

Base salary of $250,000, plus a percentage of fees generated on resolved cases. Additional fees for cases brought into the firm and bonus opportunities available.
