Project Manager – Water/Wastewater Engineering

Competitive Salary: $145k–$175k (based on experience) + Bonus

Are you seasoned civil or environmental Project Manager with a passion for delivering impactful water and wastewater infrastructure solutions? Our client, a leader in engineering and construction services, is seeking a dynamic professional to join their team in Fort Myers, FL.

This role offers the opportunity to lead multi-discipline planning and design teams on large-scale water and wastewater treatment facility projects, collection systems, and distribution systems. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in project design, delivery, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from concept through design and construction phases, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to execute water, wastewater, and conveyance projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients and key stakeholders
• Oversee project budgets and schedules, managing risk effectively.
• Prepare technical reports, design drawings, and specifications.
• Participate in industry associations and professional societies to maintain visibility in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing water/wastewater or conveyance projects.
• PMP, CCM, or DBIA certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
• PE License or eligibility to obtain within one year.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
