As the HR Generalist, you will play a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting day-to-day HR operations. From employee relations to talent acquisition and compliance, you’ll ensure that the HR practices align with company goals and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with retail managers to support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Handle employee relations issues, offering guidance and conflict resolution.
- Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management processes.
- Collaborate with leadership on performance management and training initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts across the organization.
- Assist with HR projects, such as process improvements and employee engagement programs.
