Human Resources Manager

LHH is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Baltimore for a logistics services company. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving key HR functions, including employee relations, training, performance reviews, payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, OSHA reporting, employee event planning, and maintaining employee records and databases.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HR manager experience
• Paycom experience highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills required
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and OSHA regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

• $75,000-85,000 plus bonus
