*Job Description:*
* Conduct thorough evaluations of students' speech, language, cognitive, and social communication skills and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, or communication delays or disorders.
* Monitor student progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal academic and social outcomes.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide integrated support and achieve the best outcomes for students.
* Educate parents and teachers on strategies to support communication development in the classroom and at home.

*Qualifications:*
* Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of practice.
* Experience in school settings preferred, but not required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* A passion for helping children improve their communication skills and succeed academically.
