About the Role:
As the VP of Enterprise Architecture & Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our healthcare organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions that drive innovation and improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive architecture and infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives.
Technical Expertise: Leverage deep technical knowledge to design and implement robust solutions, including cloud-native architectures, data platforms, and security frameworks.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of architects, engineers, and technology professionals.
Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation by exploring emerging technologies and driving digital transformation initiatives.
Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Compliance and Security: Prioritize data security and privacy by implementing robust security measures and adhering to industry standards.
Cost Optimization: Optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining high performance and reliability.

Required Skills and Experience:
Proven track record in enterprise architecture and infrastructure leadership roles.
Deep understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, networking, and security.
Expertise in architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and industry standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing budgets and teams.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
