Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a FP&A Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $120,000 to $150,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes
Partner with department heads to develop budgets that align with Company initiatives
Monitor industry forecasts and conduct market research to provide effective business intelligence and insights
Assist in audits and general ledger preparation

Qualifications:
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
Intermediate to Advanced experience with business technology, including accounting software, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
Ability to efficiently and effectively use Microsoft Office applications

Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
