GhostRX is hiring (4) PACT LPNs for a one-year contract at the Northeast VA Clinic in Scotsdale, AZ.

Shift –5x8hr shifts 7AM - 4:30PM.

Local Rate - $30/HR

Certifications:

· LVN Any state

· AHA BLS

- 1 year long term/nursing home care experience preferred.

*Summary*

As a Licensed Practical Nurse - PACT, you will provide essential patient care and support, reporting directly to the nursing supervisor. Your role will focus on delivering high-quality nursing services, including catheterization, tube feeding, and patient assessment, while adhering to HIPAA regulations. With your BLS certification and experience in home and community care, you will effectively assist patients in nursing homes and other settings. Your ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams will enhance patient outcomes and ensure a compassionate approach to care for individuals with diverse needs.

*Responsibilities*
* Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feeding, and IV insertion as needed.
* Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
* Administer basic life support and assist in emergency situations.
* Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams in nursing homes and community care settings to deliver comprehensive care.
* Support patients with developmental disabilities and provide health coaching as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 per hour
