General Experience Expectations:
- Minimum of 7 years of IT work experience, including 4+ years managing projects .
- Experience with projects involving multiple technologies and functions.
Scope of Work:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead organizational change initiatives and align them with project goals.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans.
- Manage resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Provide hands-on leadership for complex, multi-team projects.
- Facilitate meetings, gather business requirements, and create project documentation.
- Present status reports and updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) rules and standards.
Requirements:
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMPĀ®).
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Managing large-scale projects with diverse teams.
- Risk management and issue resolution.
- Using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
- Change management methodologies and strategies.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Change Management, Agile, Scrum, or ITIL.
- Experience managing government projects, including vendor coordination.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow and DocuSign.
