Summary

Are you passionate about supporting talent management and enhancing employer branding? Join our team as a Talent Management Assistant and play a crucial role in candidate support, employer brand initiatives, and talent development. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work closely with various departments and make a significant impact on our talent acquisition and development processes.

How You Will Contribute

  • Submit requisitions and manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and coordination.
  • Coordinate candidate travel and manage offers, including document completion and approvals.
  • Input and report data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) / HRIS.
  • Issue acquisition reports and manage new hire forms, background checks, and drug screening scheduling.
  • Support brand reputation through the creation of recruitment and career fair materials.
  • Represent Land O’Frost at career fairs and trade networks.
  • Collaborate with Integrated Marketing & Communications on social media presence (Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Maintain job postings on the LOF website and submit internal job postings.
  • Coordinate career fair sign-ups, supply orders, and representative coordination.
  • Assist the Talent Development Manager with learning deliverables preparation, setup, and coordination.
  • Input and report data in the Learning Management System (LMS) / HRIS.
  • Coordinate and maintain learning plans.
  • Support curriculum development and editorial reviews.


About You

  • 2+ years in Human Resources, Recruiting, and/or administrative support role.
  • BS or BA in Human Resources related field preferred; High School diploma required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.
  • HRIS/ATS experience a plus.
  • Local and/or overnight travel required (approximately 5%).
