Details of Assignment:
Must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
Pain Management Fellowship required
Active Illinois Medical License
Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm with optional call
Must be able to do chronic pain/med management & interventional pain management
Experienced staff & NP (NP mostly does narcotic prescriptions)
RF, Stim Trials, Discograms, Implantable pumps, etc.
90% CRNA supervision - two CRNAs on call who work medically non directed
Average 20 PPD (same amount as NP)
70% Orthopedics - large amount of regional anesthesia and general surgery
60-90 days to credential
