We are seeking a Contracts Administrator who is detail-oriented with a strong background in healthcare software to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role requires expertise in healthcare software agreements, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Paralegal certification is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in contract administration, with at least 3 years focused on healthcare software agreements.

• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in contract management software tools.
• Familiarity with healthcare software technologies and related terminologies.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and other healthcare compliance regulations.

• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a healthcare technology services organization.
• Knowledge of value-based care models, EHR systems, or healthcare IT procurement processes.
• Certification in contract management (e.g., Certified Commercial Contracts Manager - CCCM).
