Overview:
Your Behavioral Health is a leading provider of compassionate mental health and wellness services, offering a range of integrated care solutions through our brands: Clear Behavioral Health, Neuro Wellness Spa, and New Life House. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Generalist to support and execute traditional marketing strategies, including email marketing, content creation, collateral management, and basic design support. This role will involve working closely with the marketing team and business development teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across all three of our brands.
Position Summary:
YBH is seeking a dynamic, creative, and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will manage and enhance our social media presence across multiple platforms, develop engaging content, and support our overall marketing strategy to grow our family of brands’ reach and online community. This role requires a highly detail-oriented, data-driven individual with a passion for social media trends, excellent communication skills, and experience in creating impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences. Our ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of successfully implementing paid social media campaigns across Instagram and TikTok who can operate within a quick-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with YBH, NWS, CBH & NLH’s overall marketing goals, ensuring consistency of messaging and branding across all social media platforms.
- Create, curate, and schedule daily content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) ensuring that all content aligns with the company’s values and mission.
- Develop creative visuals, copy, and multimedia content (images, videos, infographics) that engage and inspire our target audience.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of the paid social campaigns, delivering campaigns on time, on budget, and on target.
- Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and direct inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with our online community.
Analytics & Reporting :
- Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, growth, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Later, or native platform insights. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize content and campaigns.
- Track and report on key campaign metrics on a weekly and monthly basis to evaluate and analyze the results of each campaign and program and make improvements.
- Research and identify other social opportunities that would lead to patient admissions and provider referrals.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation :
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Experiment with new formats (Reels, Stories, etc.) and platforms to keep YBH's content fresh, innovative, and relevant.
- Help amplify YBH’s brand voice, maintaining a consistent tone and identity in all social media interactions while varying content to maximize engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent marketing work experience).
- 1-3 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations, preferably within healthcare, wellness, or behavioral health.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Proficient in social media management tools (Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.) for scheduling, analytics and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail (basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills :
- Experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of and digital marketing best practices.
- Passion for storytelling and creating compelling social media content.
- Understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
- Knowledge of behavioral health, wellness, and mental health industry trends is a plus.(SH1) (ST2)
