Position Overview:

This is a boots-on-the-ground role , ideal for a hands-on safety professional with construction industry experience . The Regional Safety Manager will oversee safety programs, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance across job sites throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to proactively identify hazards and ensure job site safety.
• Provide on-site training and mentorship to project teams and subcontractors, fostering a strong safety culture.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and leadership to drive continuous safety improvements.
• Maintain safety reports, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, risk management, and job site safety protocols .
• CHST or other safety certifications preferred but not required .
• Ability to travel regionally to job sites as needed.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
