Job Title: Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Strategist / Advisor

LTIMindtree is seeking an experienced Industrial Asset Management Advisor with a deep understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) strategies for asset-intensive industries, including manufacturing, oil & gas, and energy. The ideal candidate should have experience with EAM platforms preferably Hexagon and be proficient in asset hierarchy design, data governance, and strategic asset lifecycle management. IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, or SAP PM may also be considered. This role emphasizes developing and executing asset performance management strategies, integrating EAM with IT-OT systems, and optimizing asset portfolio management to drive reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across large asset bases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Performance Strategy : Develop and implement asset performance strategies to optimize lifecycle cost, reliability, and operational performance. Define KPIs and performance metrics to track and enhance asset productivity and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Asset Portfolio & Lifecycle Management : Drive a holistic approach to asset portfolio management, balancing asset performance with risk and investment to maximize value across the portfolio. Establish lifecycle management practices from acquisition through decommissioning to improve asset utilization and long-term value.
- Asset Hierarchy & Classification : Define and standardize asset hierarchies and classes within EAM systems to improve data organization, accessibility, and maintenance effectiveness. Structure data to support operational insights, predictive maintenance, and strategic decision-making.
- Asset Ontology & Data Governance : Establish a asset ontology to ensure consistent data categorization and interoperability across platforms. Implement robust data governance protocols to uphold data quality, compliance, and seamless integration across systems.
- Integration with ERP & IT-OT Systems: Lead the integration of EAM systems with ERP, CMMS, SCADA, and PLC platforms, enabling seamless data exchange and real-time asset monitoring for unified operations management.Condition-Based & Predictive Maintenance: Implement advanced maintenance methodologies, including condition-based and predictive maintenance, to proactively address asset health issues, optimize uptime, and extend asset lifespan.
- Reliability Engineering & Optimization: Apply reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and industry best practices to develop proactive maintenance schedules and strategies, minimizing downtime and supporting continuous improvement in asset reliability.
- Work Order & Inventory Management: Oversee work order processes and inventory management within the EAM system, ensuring efficient maintenance workflows, spare parts availability, and reduced operational interruptions.
Techno-functional Expertise:
EAM Platforms: Proficiency in EAM systems (preferably Hexagon) for asset tracking, lifecycle management, and data-driven maintenance.
Asset Portfolio Management & Hierarchy Design: Experience in managing diverse asset portfolios, optimizing asset classes and hierarchies, and designing structured frameworks for efficient data handling.
EAM Integrations: Skilled in integrating EAM with ERP, CMMS, IOT, or SCADA, and OT systems for seamless asset and operational data flow, supporting comprehensive monitoring and decision-making.
Maintenance Strategy Development: Knowledge of condition-based monitoring, predictive analytics, and preventive maintenance frameworks to improve asset reliability.
Inventory & Spare Parts Optimization: Proficiency in inventory control within EAM to support efficient spare parts management and cost-effective maintenance planning.
Desired Skills:
- Analytical & Strategic Planning: Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven asset management, maintenance strategies, and portfolio performance improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication : Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively influence senior stakeholders on strategic asset management initiatives.
- Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale EAM projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget, and timelines.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications in Asset Management, Reliability Engineering, or Data Management are beneficial.
Experience: 15-25 years in EAM consulting, with a proven track record in asset portfolio management, performance strategy, and lifecycle optimization across asset-intensive industries.

Pay Range:
Base Salary: $180,000 to $ 230,000.
