Job Description :
- Conduct tests of automotive systems and ECUs through Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), integration test benches, and vehicles.
- Work closely with customers and the engineering team to plan, develop, and execute HIL validation plans.
- Manage data and software readiness through the validation of new software releases on a fully functional bench test unit.
- Draft, review with the team, and submit detailed final reports to the customer.
- Develop test cases based on Vehicle Function (VF) Requirement documents for automotive components such as BCM, CGM, etc.
- Utilize knowledge of Vehicle Model Electrical bench.
- Run test cases on HIL benches (Hardware in the Loop) for BCM and other automotive modules using tools like dSPACE, NI Software Suite, and LabVIEW.
- Apply working knowledge of automotive HW test benches (HIL) and exposure to Harness Design and connector pinout readings.
- Leverage expertise in automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and tools such as CANoe, CANape, and dSPACE ControlDesk.
- Utilize requirements capturing tools, including Polarion, DOORS, and Codebeamer.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership behaviors, high accountability attitude, and effective communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead by example, coach, and mentor team members to improve team performance and results.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret test results, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and conveying technical insights effectively.
- Experience in LabVIEW programming and Gateway configuration is a plus.
