Onsite Supervisor

Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 5:30 PM

Weekly Pay | $22.50/hr + Monthly Bonus and Overtime

Location: Mesquite, TX

Midway Staffing is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to join our growing team! This role partners with branch personnel to support client operations, enhance recruiting efficiency, and ensure seamless daily operations. Responsibilities

• Build a strong relationship with the Midway Staffing team and client partner.
• Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring all new hire documentation is complete and first-day details are communicated effectively.
• Recruit and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and recommend top talent for placement.
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and recruiting reports.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Previous recruiting, on-site, or staffing experience (required).
• Flexibility and ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• High School Diploma or GED (required).
