We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Painting Estimator/Project Manager to join our client’s West Palm Beach, FL team. This role combines construction estimating expertise with project management responsibilities to ensure the successful delivery of painting projects. The ideal candidate will excel in cost management, budgeting, and fostering effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for painting projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks while maintaining a focus on solutions.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess project scope, measure job requirements, and address any issues.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates, contracts, project progress, and financial reports.
• Foster collaborative working relationships with team members and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Proven skills in Construction Estimating, Project Estimation, and Budgeting.
• Strong Cost Management and Communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in the construction industry, particularly with painting projects, is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

**Compensation includes salary potential of 75-100K depending on experience and industry expertise, 20% bonus potential, Medical/dental/vision benefits, and PTO.
