Our Client:
Our client is Universal Music Group, and they are looking for a Production Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their production processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely delivery of song-related information to various systems and societies.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and monitoring of all production aspects.
• Input and manage data in scheduling systems with precision.
• Maintain clear communication across Creative, Marketing, A&R, Manufacturing, and Production teams.
• Collaborate with external design, pre-press, and print vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Learn and master proprietary UMG-specific software programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by company management.

Qualifications
Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or similar role.
• Exceptional ability to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities.
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Zoom; adept at learning new software.
• Technology-minded and computer-savvy.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude.

Education

• College degree preferred.
