*Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate patients' occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide skilled therapy interventions to improve daily living skills, functional mobility, and overall well-being.
* Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with the care team.
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory requirements.

*Qualifications:*
* D.C. Occupational Therapist License
* CPR certification
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* 1-2 years of clinical experience (preferred)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Passion for home health care

*Schedule:*
* Monday - Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm with occasional weekend rotation

*Compensation:*
* $113,000 - $148,854 per year
* Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate
