*Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide skilled therapy interventions to improve communication and swallowing function.
* Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with the care team.
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory requirements.

*Qualifications:*
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
* Maryland SLP license.
* CPR certification.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Passion for home health care.
