All rehabilitation department employees are responsible for transporting patients, clerical duties, and demonstrating teamwork. The Staff Physical Therapist organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part; help patient reach his/her maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of his/her capabilities.

PT to work primarily in outpatient setting at hospital and cover some inpatient evaluations. Weekend rotation includes covering nursing home evaluations and inpatient evaluations. Hours on weekend are flexible and scheduled on a rotation basis.

Requirements:

40 hours per week - First Shift

Valid PT License in State of Indiana

BLS/CPR Certification

Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
