Process and manage payrolls (hourly and salaried staff) to meet deadlines while ensuring compliance with policies and accuracy.
Verify and reconcile employee attendance, hours worked, and payroll adjustments.
Maintain payroll records, process tax payments, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Provide support to employees and supervisors on payroll matters, tax issues, and benefits inquiries.
Prepare and file required quarterly and annual payroll reports, including W-2s.
Reconcile employee insurance premium invoices and coordinate with HR and benefit vendors.
Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Associate degree in accounting or equivalent.
Four (4) years of payroll or related experience or a combination of six (6) years of education and experience.
Proficiency with payroll processing software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office. Paycor experience preferred but not required.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
A valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance
Ability to pass extensive background checks including abuse and criminal history registries.
Ability to pass a required pre-employment drug screening.
