Our approach brings together experts in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Feeding Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to create a collaborative environment where our clients and their families can thrive.

Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) to join our team. You will evaluate clients' needs, develop individualized therapy plans, provide support to BT's & RBT's, and provide ongoing support and collaboration with other clinical disciplines on-site.

Compensation:

Full-Time/Hybrid - $85,000 - $95,000 annually, DOE

Part-Time/Hybrid -$75 an hour (approx. 20hrs weekly)

Work Schedule:

Flexible hours

Clinic ABA hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

No weekends or travel required

All clinic-based care

Key Responsibilities:

Working 25 weekly billable hours (based on full-time)

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans

Provide supervision to BT's and RBT's

Conduct parent training and oversee client progress

Participate in weekly departmental and on-on-one meetings

Collaborate with other therapy disciplines (PT, ST, OT, Feeding) in scheduled sessions as needed

Qualifications:

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification granted by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or pending exam completion

Must currently hold AZ LBA license

Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities

Strong teamwork and communication skills
