2 year of Experience – REQUIRED

*Responsibilities*:

· 1.Taking and monitoring patient vital signs.

· 2.Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing.

· 3.Administering medication.

· 4.Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to nurses, physicians, and family members.

· 5.Maintaining accurate patient records.
