Colorado Springs, Colorado, Primary Care Physician Opening - Clinical Role:
- Seeking a physician Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Minimum 3 years' experience & leadership background - Required
- Covid Vaccination - Required
- Permanent, on-site position
- Treat Adult and Geriatric patients
- Average: 14-16 patients per day
- EMR: EPIC
- Group size: 2 physicians, 1 APP
- Care-team model with RN and clinical MAs that help with in basket support
- On-call is phone-only and shared in a rotation
- Ancillary services within the facility include lab, x-ray, cardiac rehab, orthopedics, endocrinology, wound care, and physical therapy
- Integrated behavioral health on site
- Schedule:
- 4 day shifts in clinic per week
- 1 day admin work from home
- Weekend / On call 1:10, 7:00 am-7:00 am
